BOI Vows To Reduce Poverty In Nigeria

The Bank of Industry (BOI) has promised to do its best to reduce poverty in Nigeria by working towards enriching economic activities among Nigerians, despite the challenges struggling with the country’s economy.

The Divisional Head, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Southwest, Abdul-Aniyu Mohammed, speaking at the quarterly Customers’ Networking Forum for the Southwest region held in Osogbo the Osun State capital, said the bank would continue to ensure Nigerians get more empowered.

According to Mr Mohammed, the forum was to create a proactive path and direction for small business owners and entrepreneurs‎, to interact with them and get to know what their pains were.

Other speakers also pointed out the need to redefine satisfying the customers ‎to retain the business relationship in the face of competition.

The Customers Forum was an avenue for the participants to bare their minds on issues bothering their minds and proffer possible solutions.
