The AGM, according to a statement signed by the company’ Secretary/Legal Adviser, Ms Bunmi Agagu, was earlier unable to hold “due to the need to restructure the Board.”
She, however, disclosed that, “We are pleased to inform you that new Directors have now been appointed to fill existing vacancies on the Board and the Directors will be presented to the shareholders at the impending AGM.”
It was disclosed in the statement made available to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that the AGM will now hold on December 8, 2016, while dividend payment would be made on Monday, December 12, 2016.
But before then, closure of register and transfer books for shareholders would be from November 22 to 24, 2016, while the effective closure date for dividend payment is November 21, 2016.
Eterna Pic, which has its head office in Ikoyi, Lagos, is the sole licensee for Castrol Products in Nigeria.
