SEC Interviews Capital Market Operators Tomorrow

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that it would conduct an interview exercise for companies seeking fresh registration into the capital market.

According to a circular obtained by Business Post, the registration interview will take place on Tuesday, November 22 and Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

Also, SEC noted that it will conduct the registration interview for additional sponsored individuals for existing companies and existing companies seeking registration of additional function(s).

It said letters of invitation would be sent to the successful applicants and they would be expected to appear for the interview at the SEC Zonal Office in Lagos.
