Edozie Leaves Transcorp as Director

The resignation of Mr Chibundu Edozie from popular conglomerate, Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp), has been announced.

Mr Edozie’s resignation was said to have been effective from Thursday, September 29, 2016.

His resignation was made known in a statement signed by the President and CEO of Transcorp, Mr Emmanuel Nnorom.

However, the reason Mr Edozie decided to leave the company was not disclosed in the statement.

But the statement noted that Mr Edozie has resigned from the firm as “one of its directors from the board of the conglomerate.”

It was revealed that “Mr Edozie had served in non-executive capacity on the board of Transcorp for five years.”
