President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to return to the country tomorrow, Friday March 10, 2017, the Presidency has disclosed.

A statement issued on Thursday night by Special Adviser to the President, Mr Femi Adesina, revealed this information.

According to Mr Adesina, President Buhari expressed his “appreciation to teeming Nigerians from across the country, and beyond, who had prayed fervently for him, and also sent their good wishes.”

However, the statement did not categorically state the exact time of the day the President will arrive the country.

On January 19, 2017, Mr Buhari left the country for a vacation in London.

But during his trip to London, which was supposed to last 10 days, the President had routine medical check-ups, which forced him to extend his stay there.

It was disclosed that the holiday was extended based on doctors’ recommendation for further tests and rest.
