Speakers confirmed for the forum include the CEO of the NSE, Mr Oscar Onyema; Senior Lecturer at the Lagos Business School, Dr Doyin Salami; Founder and CEO of Main One, Funke Opeke; CEO of Stanbic IBTC Bank, Dr Demola Sogunle; and Head of Market Structure Strategy, MEA, Bloomberg, Selloua Chakri.

Commenting on the event, Mr Onyema said, “As the Nigerian economy begins to manifest its potential to rebound out of recession, it is important to sustain important dialogues around innovation and diversification of our economy.

“Our collaboration with Bloomberg was envisioned to engender dialogues that will provide practical solutions for private and public sectors in Nigeria. As with previous editions, the forum will be highly interactive and we look forward to robust engagement.”

On the part of Chakri, “We are delighted to partner with the NSE again to convene a prestigious group of business leaders for what will no doubt be a fascinating and informative discussion.

“Bloomberg is working closer than ever with key financial institutions and stakeholders in Nigeria and across the continent to not only bring more transparency to capital markets, but to help tackle economic challenges and support opportunities.”
