3rd AfricaBuild Lagos Holds March 2018

Organisers of AfricaBuild Lagos have fixed March 6 to 8, 2018 for the third edition of the event slated to take place at the Landmark Centre in Lagos.

The event will bring together Nigeria’s key building and interiors professionals and present products from international manufacturers and suppliers from around the world.

The range of exhibits is extensive and includes architectural facades, bathroom equipment & sanitary engineering, building materials & equipment, climate control equipment, construction machinery & equipment, doors & locks, finishing materials, fireproof equipment, flooring, gates & automation, hardware & tools, heating & water supply, paints & coatings and windows and profile systems.

The international trade fair has become the leading international building & interiors exhibition in Nigeria.

The Nigerian economy is out of recession. According to the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics the country found its way out of recession as GDP in the second quarter of 2017 grew by 0.55% year-on-year in real terms.

Nigeria is Africa’s largest economy with an estimated GDP of 401 billion USD (gtai) in 2017 and is expected to become one of the world’s Top 20 economies by 2050.

AfricaBuild Lagos 2018 will be completed by presentations and conferences. The opening session is scheduled for March 6, featuring personalities from politics and trade.

AfricaBuild Lagos 2018 is supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria and to the ECOWAS-States, Advantage Austria, AHK Nigeria-Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria, FOCI-Federation of Construction Industry Nigeria, ICEX-Spanish Embassy, NGBA-Nigerian-German Business Association and the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Economy.
