Ettah Resigns as Chairman of CAP Plc

Brilliant Industrial Chemist, Mr Larry Ettah, has resigned from his position as Chairman, Board of Directors of Chemical and Allied Products (CAP) Plc.

A statement issued by the firm by the Company Secretary, Mrs Rose Hamis, disclosed that Mr Ettah resigned effective July 20, 2018.

His resignation comes after spending 11 years as Chairman of CAP Plc. He was appointed Chairman of the board in July 2007.

According to the statement, the board expressed its appreciation to Mr Ettah for his hard work, dedication and positive contributions to the growth of the company over the years and wished him well in his future endeavours.

“This is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), shareholders of Chemical and Allied Products (CAP) Plc and the general public that Mr Larry Ettah has resigned as the Chairman of the board CAP Plc with effect from July 20, 2018.

“Accordingly, the board has accepted his resignation.

“Mr Ettah was appointed Chairman of the board in July 2007 and served meritoriously for 11 years.

“The board expressed its appreciation to Mr Ettah for his hard work, dedication and positive contributions to the growth of the company over the years and wished him well in his future endeavours,” the statement said.
