Omosebi Resigns as Managing Director of Meyer Plc

Mr Adeola Omosebi is no longer the Managing Director of Meyer Plc, the board of the company has announced.

The Secretary/Head of Corporate Services of the firm, Mrs Ifetola Fadeyibi, made this disclosure in a statement issued today.

“We wish to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that the Managing Director, Mr Adeola Omosebi, resigned from the board of directors of Meyer Plc with effect from August 25, 2018,” the statement said.

In the same statement to the stock exchange, Mrs Fadeyibi revealed that Mr Kehinde Yusuf has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with effect from Monday, September 3, 2018.”

“The NSE is hereby notified that the company has appointed Mr Kehinde Yusuf as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from September 3, 2018,” the statement said.
