Red Star Express Opens Office in Benin Republic

As part of its expansion plans, Red Star Express Plc, a company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), has opened a new office in the Republic of Benin.

Known as Red Star Express Benin, the firm will carry out pickup and delivery of time-sensitive and time-definite shipments within Niger Republic.

According to a statement issued by the company, Red Star Express Benin has partnered with FedEx and TNT in Benin Republic to handle all their inbound and outbound packages.

“We write to inform the general public that Red Star Express Plc has opened an office in Benin Republic.

“Red Star Express Benin will carry out pickup and delivery of time-sensitive and time-definite shipments within Benin Republic.

“Red Star Express Benin has also been appointed Licensee of FedEx and TNT in Benin and will handle all FedEx and TNT inbound and outbound packages in Benin Republic, including but not limited to pickups, deliveries and customs clearance of courier materials and bulky freight packages.

“Packages in and out of Benin Republic will flow into FedEx and TNT global network covering over 200 countries,” the statement said.

Red Star Express Plc is a world leading courier and package delivery company in Nigeria and also a licensee of FedEx in Nigeria with offices in over 160 locations in the country.
