UPDC Plc Reschedules 2018 AGM to Wednesday

The 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) Plc will hold on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 (tomorrow).

The meeting was earlier scheduled to hold on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 (today), but it was shifted because of the public holiday observed today by Muslims to mark the birthday of Prophet Mohammed (SAW).

In a statement signed by the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Mrs Folake Kalaro, it was disclosed that the event will hold tomorrow in Lagos at 10am.

“In view of the declaration of Tuesday, November 20, 2018 as public holiday by the federal government to mark the Eid-el Maulud celebration, UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) Plc announces that its 2018 Annual General Meeting will now hold on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Golden Tulip Festac Hotel, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos at 10am,” Mrs Kalaro said in the statement.
