Sterling Bank Director Rasheed Kolarinwa Retires

One of the members on the board of directors of Sterling Bank Plc, Mr Rasheed Kolarinwa, has retired from the financial institution.

Mr Kolarinwa was an independent director on the board of Sterling Bank, who has now tender retirement letter after eight years.

In a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the lender said, “We wish to notify you of the retirement of Mr Rasheed Kolarinwaas an independent director of Sterling Bank Plc.

“Mr Kolarinwa was appointed as an independent director of the bank in October 2010. His retirement comes after eight years of meritorious service to the bank.”
