First Bank Clocks 125, a Historical Milestone in Annals of History

125 years of supporting and enabling dreams, 125 years of resilience and relevance, 125 years of trust, safety and security, 125 years of long term value to all stakeholders, 125 years woven into the fabric of our society and therefore we dare say, 125 years beyond comparison!

Come March 31, 2019, First Bank, Nigeria’s largest financial powerhouse, will be 125 years.

In his words, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Adesola Adeduntan (FCIB), said “We mean it when we say First Bank is You. As Nigerians, we have made history together and should be proud of this monumental feat because globally, very few institutions can boast such a rich and relevant heritage as a member of the 100-year Club. We therefore invite every single one of you as stakeholders to join us in celebrating our Anniversary Year. We ask you to stand tall and claim this achievement with us as one more great thing out of Nigeria to the World; First Bank since 1894.”
