SEC Holds First 2019 CMC Meeting March 21

The management of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that the first Capital Market Committee (CMC) meeting in 2019 will take place next month.

The meeting is specifically scheduled to hold on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

A statement issued on Friday emphasised that the attendance to the event will strictly be by invitation, with invited participants expected to provide their identity cards to be admitted into the venue.

On Friday, March 22, 2019, the statement said will be for the usual interface with members of the press and this will hold at the SEC Lagos Zonal Office on 3, Idejo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“The first Capital Market Committee (CMC) meeting in 2019 has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Orchid Hall, 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“The usual interface with members of the press will hold the following day being Friday, March 22, 2019 at the SEC Lagos Zonal Office, 3, Idejo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“Attendance to both events is strictly by invitation. Invited participants are expected to come with their identity cards to be admitted into the venue.

“All invited participants are expected to be seated by 9.45am,” the statement said.
