MRS Oil Nigeria Appoints Ogwemoh to Board

A new member has joined the board of directors of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc and she is Mrs Priscilla Ogwemoh.

The company announced the appointment of Mrs Ogwemoh to the board last week in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

In the statement, it was disclosed that the appointment was approved by the board during its meeting held on Thursday, February 28, 2019.

Mrs Ogwemoh, currently the Managing Partner of the law firm of Kevin Martin Ogwemoh Legal, is a graduate of Law and holds a Master Degree in Law.

She is a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria, a CEDR-UK Accredited Mediator, a Member of the Panel of Neutrals, Lagos Multi Door Court House (LMDC), a Member of the Panel of Neutral Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), a Council Member, Nigerian Bar Association-Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), the Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria) Maritime Committee and until very recently the Managing Partner of Olisa Agbakoba Legal.

With over 26 years’ experience in Legal Practice, Mrs Ogwemoh serves on the board of a few companies and she carries out multilevel tasks in branding, marketing, management and professional services.
