Danfo Driver Kills Air Peace Spokesman Chris Iwarah in Lagos

Corporate Communications Manager of Air Peace airline, Mr Christian Iwarah, has died.

The former Judicial Correspondent for The Sun newspapers was killed in Lagos yesterday around Mangoro bus stop area of Lagos State.

He was reportedly killed when a commercial bus fondly called danfo in Lagos rammed into him and his vehicle.

According to reports, Mr Iwarah had parked his car to fix a fault at the bus stop on the popular Lagos Abeokuta Expressway, when the commercial bus believed to have had a break failure hit him.

He was reportedly attended to by some concerned passers-by, but breathed his last due to the injuries he sustained from the accident.

Mr Iwarah studied at the Delta State University, Abraka and was a student union leader, who was loved by many people.

He was a journalist is Lagos before he was employed by Air Peace to manage its image, a job he did perfectly well while he was alive.
