The independent and non-profit organisation, known as Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation, was unveiled in Lagos on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to empower Nigerians through education, entrepreneurship, and the arts.
Activities of the group, according to a statement, will be guided by a board of trustees comprising 11 family members, experts and thought leaders across various industries in the country to be chaired by Mr Ohis Ohiwerei, with Damilola Ajayi as the secretary.
