By Modupe Gbadeyanka

A two-storey building reportedly caved in on Monday morning in the Sari-Iganmu area of Lagos State.

Business Post gathered that the unfortunate incident has thrown residents of the area in disarray.

However, it was not clear at the time of filing this report if anyone was trapped in the rubble. It is also not certain if the property was occupied at the time it collapsed.

A video of the collapse on social media showed people in the area running to safety as the building was coming down.

As of press time, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) had yet to react to the incident, but it was learned that some first responders were at the scene.
