The management of FMDQ OTC Plc has announced it would hold its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, April 28, 2017.
A statement issued by the company said this event would take place at the Intercontinental Hotel, Plot 52 Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, by 11am.
During the meeting, issues to be discussed include the audited Annual Financial Statements and other information for the year ended December 31, 2016, together with the reports of the Directors, the Auditors and the Audit Committee thereon; the re-appointment of Messrs KPMG Professional Services as the Company’s External Auditors and to authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the External Auditors; and to elect the members of the Audit Committee.
In the statement signed by the firm’s Secretary, Ajibola Asolo, it was stated that members would ratify the appointment of Directors of the Company and consider and fix the emoluments of Directors of the Company as contemplated under section 271 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2004
