Some essential educational materials and teaching enhancement tools will, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, be distributed to students and teachers of Ubuwangue Secondary School in Warri, Delta State.
The educational items are from the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and Techico Resource Solutions Limited.
The beneficiaries will receive the materials under the Back to Creek initiative as part of a broader commitment to supporting communities and investing in opportunities that can help young people thrive through education.
It was designed to respond to some of the practical challenges facing students and teachers by providing resources that can contribute to a better learning environment and support more effective teaching and learning.
Through the intervention, students will have access to essential educational materials, while teachers will receive tools to enhance classroom instruction. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting young people and creating opportunities for them to learn, develop their potential and build a stronger future.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Business Manager of Techico Resource Solutions Limited, Ms Joy Bassey, said the programme was driven by the belief that meaningful impact begins with responding to the needs of communities.
“Education remains one of the most important investments we can make in the future of our young people. Through Back to Creek, we are pleased to work with NCDMB to provide practical support that can make a difference in the everyday learning experience of students and teachers at Ubuwangue Secondary School,” she stated
The partnership with NCDMB also underscores the importance of initiatives that extend beyond infrastructure and economic development to touch lives and strengthen communities.
