UBA to Carry Out Scheduled Maintenance on Network Infrastructure

The management of pan-African banking group, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, has announced its intention to carry out a quick maintenance on its network infrastructure today.

In a notice to its customers on Monday morning, the lender said the maintenance may cause disruption of its services during the period.

According to the email sent to its customers, the bank said the repairs would take place between 12am and 5am.

“Please be informed that a scheduled maintenance of our network infrastructure will take place on Monday, April 9, 2019 between 12am and 5am.

“This will result in network downtime for 2 hours during this period.

“The following services may be impacted: mobile banking, USSD, business direct, internet banking, UBA chat banking and OTP.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for banking with us,” the notice, which was seen by Business Post, read.
