The board of directors of Presco Plc, an oil and natural gas companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), has announced the payment of N2 per share dividend to its shareholders.
The dividend payment, according to a statement issued by the firm, is for the year ended December 31, 2017.
The N2 per share cash dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and would be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as at the close of business on Friday, July 6, 2018.
The register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, July 9, 2018 to Friday, July 13, 2018 and the qualification date for payment of the dividend is July 6, 2018.
According to the statement, on July 26, 2018, the dividends would be paid electronically to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into the bank accounts.
Meanwhile, Presco has announced that it would hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at the Dura Club, Obaretin Estate, K22, Benin Sapele Road, Ikpoba Okha LGA of Edo State by 12 noon.
