On Thursday, August 30, 2018, eTranzact International Plc held its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lagos.
The event was attended by top executives of the leading payment technology provider as well as shareholders.
The meeting took place at Four Points by Sheraton, Oniru, Lagos.
Some of the dignitaries at the AGM were Chairman of the Board of Directors of eTranzact International Plc, Mr Wole Abegunde; Company Secretary, Mrs. Omowunmi Adedurotimi; and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Niyi Toluwalope.
Others were non-executive directors like Mr Afolabi Oladele, Mrs. Olayimika Phillips, Mr Anthony Egbuna and Mr Victor Etuokwu.
