Eat’N’Go Limited, a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operator in Africa, has opened its new warehouse and commissary facilities in both Mowe and Magboro communities of Ogun State.
The venture, which is a franchisee for Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Gourmet Yoghurt in Africa, said the launching of the dual facilities were avenues for the company to expand, not just in production scale but to provide Africans with quality food and snacks.
Commenting on the grand opening, the Head of Development and Project of Eat’ N’ Go, Mr Sola Adeeko, pointed out that the development will further enable the company to strengthen its relationship with the communities where they are established.
Pointing out the labour that will be required for the scale of production in these newly opened facilities, Mr Adeeko revealed that indigenes of Mowe and Magboro can expect employment opportunities across the production chain.
He said, “We believe in the need to establish structures that better enable us to serve our host communities. The warehouse and commissary would not only positively impact our ability to provide our customers with their favourite treats, but it would also most importantly provide jobs for the locals.”
In addition, Eat ‘N’ Go Limited said it will make available training at any level of employment to facilitate the growth of employees and reward for excellence.
While the company recently passed its goal of establishing 150 stores across Africa, it disclosed that the effect of the warehouse and commissary on the quality and speed of food production would better establish the organisation as the leader in the industry as it will create an avenue to add more items to their menu list.
Eat’N’Go was launched in 2012 in Nigeria with the vision “to become the premier food operator in Africa.”
The fast-food service provider has established over 150 stores in Africa and is a leading franchisee for the Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery, and Pinkberry Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt brands in Nigeria.
