He described the CAC’s Quality Management System recertification and compliance with NIS ISO 9001: 2015 for Registration and Regulation of Business, as “A major breakthrough for the country when we weigh the certification in international circle”, “especially now that we are talking of reforms in the way we give service and do business in the country.”

He further challenged the commission to move towards sustenance of service excellence in the Nigerian business environment.
While commending the outgoing Registrar-General of the CAC, Mr Bello Mahmud, as well as the management and staff for a job well-done at attaining the ISO certification, Mr Enelamah described the new policy commitment which is also unveiled along with the new certification as “A real commitment, which is very huge to meet, to customers’ demand, challenges and complaints, all of the time.”
