One of the leading players in the Nigerian capital market, Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited, has successfully registered the N40 billion multi-instrument issuance programme of RMB Nigeria.
The lender is raising the money from the public debt capital markets through its funding vehicle incorporated to support its asset growth and liability management objectives.
Business Post reports that Stanbic IBTC Capital is also the lead issuing house to the exercise, while RMB Nigeria is a joint issuing house.
“This initiative by RMB Nigeria is yet another noteworthy example set by the bank about global best practices in treasury management and innovation, to cope with evolving market conditions.
