No fewer than 30 persons have been feared dead in a twin bomb attacks that occurred at Madagali town in Adamawa State, reports say.
It was gathered that two female suicide bombers detonated their explosives in a busy market, which caused the heavy fatal casualties.
Also, dozens of persons were reportedly injured in the explosions and are currently being attended to by medical personnel.
According to reports, the two suicide bombers pretended to be customers at the busy market before detonating their suicide belts.
It was further learnt that the unfortunate incident precisely took place at the section of the market selling grain and second-hand clothing.
At the moment, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but fingers are pointing to the Boko Haram group, which took over the town for months before the Nigerian troops reclaimed it last year.
