The lawmaker representing Oluyole Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Mrs Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has assured Nigerians that all things would soon well as Nigeria will rise again and actualise the hopes of its founding fathers.
The House of Representatives member gave this assurance in a message signed by her media aide, Mr Olamilekan Olusada, on Monday to celebrate Eid-il Fitri.
She said the current challenges the country was facing are just temporary, urging citizens to remain steadfast in their prayers for the nation.
“We should jointly pray for our Nation, as the tragic incidents bedevilling our dear country is threatening our unity. We must come together as one, to stop this,” she said.
A month ago, Muslims across the world began a 30-day fast called Ramadan and used today to mark the end of the continuous prayers to God.
Mrs Akande-Sadipe also used the opportunity to congratulate workers across the nation in acknowledgement of the 2022 May Day celebration.
The House of Representatives Committee Chairman on Diaspora also called on the government at all tiers to ensure economic growth and development.
On her part, she renewed her vow of qualitative representation of her constituency at the green chambers, adding that “we all have different parts to play in this rescue mission of our country Nigeria.”
She declared that she will continue to remain a grassroots person, adding that community activities as well as its development are major aspects of her life which she can’t do without despite her many engagements.
