Customers of Access Bank have been assured the best of financial services and innovations that guarantee customers exciting experiences and economic growth.
The Deputy Managing Director of Access Bank, Ms Chizoma Okoli, speaking during interactive sessions with customers in Edo, Enugu and Imo States recently, thanked them for their steadfastness.
Also speaking, the Group Head of Consumer Banking, Mrs Njideka Esemoju, averred that, “The essence of the event is to know our customers better, to appreciate them, and to celebrate them.”
“It is also an opportunity for us to find out their pinpoints to address them because we aim at customers’ satisfaction,” she added, noting that the bank will work hard to enhance its processes through feedback generated from the event.
The Head of Channels at Access Bank, Mr Oluremi Tinuolu-Gabriel, assured of the bank’s determination to secure customers’ transactions, while advising customers against disclosing their sensitive bank information to safeguard their accounts.
Some of the customers appreciated Access Bank for its activities and support towards them through various products, including Access Finance among others.
