For inhabitants of Oluwole Estate in Ogba, Lagos, it was fun galore last Saturday when De United Foods Industries Limited, manufacturers of Indomie noodles stormed the estate with its ongoing Neighbourhood Carnival tagged ‘Celebrate you like no other.’

Remember the promo kicked off weeks back and was held penultimate Saturday at the LSDPC Estate in Agege, Pen Cinema, Lagos.

Many consumers have come to appreciate the brand for its ability to respond to the yearnings of its customers. While many were going home with packs of Indomie products, cash prize of N100,000 was presented to a winner of the  ongoing consumer rewarding promo.

Mr Ayomide Obasa of 19, Adeyemi Street, Agege, emerged the 1st winner of 2 cartons of Indomie along with N100,000 cash upon presentation of 50 different caricatures wrappers of Indomie.

While presenting the cash prize to him, Mr Jide Adebiyi, the Area Marketing Manager, explained that the promo is basically about bringing the products closer to its consumers and also to appreciate them for their patronage and loyalty over the years.

“We need to bring the product closer to them, and also we have to appreciate the children and parents for their patronage over the years while we desire to remind them that Indomie will not disappoint them in bringing out more products to satisfy their needs towards enjoying their Indomie like no other.”

The promo is for all and winners are to redeem their gifts upon presentation of either 20 or 50 different cartoon characters, as it is not a raffle draw.

The Neighbourhood Carnival is expected to be taken round the nation.
