Stanbic IBTC Board Meets to Discuss Dividend, Financial Results

A meeting of the board of directors of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has been scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018.

The meeting, which kicks off by 10am on the said day, is slated to take place in Lagos.

A statement issued by the firm on Thursday disclosed that during the meeting, members of the board will consider firm’s consolidated and separate audited financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2017 as well as a dividend proposal.

“In accordance with the provisions of Section 1.2 of the Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) relating to board meetings and general meetings of issuers, we would like to notify the NSE that a meeting of the board of directors of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc is scheduled to hold on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 am.

“The meeting will discuss amongst other items, the company’s Consolidated and Separate Audited Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2017 as well as a Dividend Proposal,” the statement said.

Lagos to Refund N141,000 to Hajj Pilgrims
