Mr Bigg’s Revamps More Outlets in Bid to Reclaim Market

Popular Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Mr Bigg’s, has taken another step forward in its pursuit at driving customer lifestyle experience to the maximum with the activation of more contemporary outlets in Lagos and other cities in the country.

The company’s management, which operates under the UAC Nigeria franchise, launched its model restaurant at Northwest Filing Station at VGC, Lagos at a grand event in July this year.

Following the success of this outlet and the positive feedback received, new outlets of the firm have been transformed to meet the new standard. Some of the branches revamped include the outlet at Challenge in Ibadan, Onisha, Owerri, Idiroko, Amuwo Odofin, Ijeshatedo and Abule Egba in Lagos State.

Speaking about the new outlets, Marketing Manager, UAC Restaurants, Mrs Ethel Mba, said they depict excellence, offer a wide variety of meals ranging from local to continental dishes, which are the heritage of Mr Bigg’s.

The culinary specialties include meat pie, scotch egg, doughnut, peppered and barbeque marinated chicken, celebration cakes and different types of confectionaries, while Nigeria delicacies include soups like efo riro, ddikiakong, fisherman soup among others.

Mrs Mba said structure of the new branches embodies both Mr Bigg’s and Debonairs Pizza counters which are exquisitely designed with great interior finishing, suited to exquisite taste, class and convenience, complemented with wooden wall features, suspended pendants lightings, floral arrangements and wall paintings, which all convey a strong desire to offer their customers high level of class and comfort.

The restaurant also comes with ample space in both upstairs and downstairs lobby designed to offer the coziest setting, matched with comfortable and relaxing sitting arrangement ranging from loose seats, bunks, and timber bench seats. The environment also caters to people of different age brackets as the kids play area offer exclusive fun experience for children.

According to customers, who patronized the newly installed establishments, they are impressed and excited with the excellent service experience which they say addresses their eating needs.

While customers have expressed their excitement with this new development, Mr Bigg’s management has expressed commitment to passionately drive the business objective of growing and sustaining a positive image for the brand and building consumer loyalty.
