Africa Prudential Plc has released its half-year earnings to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), showing sterling performance in the period under review.
The company grew its profit for the period to N864.3 million from N262.6 million achieved 12 months ago.
As at June 30, 2017, Africa Prudential Plc said its net investment income stood at N1 billion against N535.7 million it was on June 30, 2016.
Its profit before tax increased to N951 million in the period under review from N605.5 million in the corresponding period of 2016.
Also, the firm’s the total assets stood at N18.6 billion at June 30, 2017, in contrast to N16.8 billion a year ago.
