About N6.65 billion has been paid in claims to customers of African Alliance Insurance Plc as of the end of the third quarter of 2022, the foremost life insurer has confirmed.
The underwriting company is reputed for paying claims to its clients, which is why it is one of the prominent insurance firms in Nigeria.
According to the year-to-date breakdown released to the media, the company has paid a whooping N3.13 billion to its annuitants; N1.43 billion in group life claims; N1.17 billion as individual life; N544 million in Takaful as well as N298 million as Esusu pay-outs.
Restating the organisation’s relentless devotion to customer satisfaction, the MD/CEO of African Alliance, Ms Joyce Ojemudia, assured the leading insurer’s commitment to prioritising its esteemed policyholders.
The insurer, which joins others to celebrate this year’s Customer Service Week themed Celebrate Service, assured that it would “continue to make sure that our strategies are updated to meet up with the demands of paying claims as due.”
