Fidelity Bank to Hold Rescheduled 38th AGM October 9

The rescheduled Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fidelity Bank Plc will now be held on Friday, October 9, 2026.

A statement signed by the company secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje, disclosed that the resolutions in the notice will be presented for shareholders’ approval during the meeting.

It is the 38th AGM of the financial institution, and according to the statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited, the programme will be virtual.

“Fidelity Bank Plc hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited, its esteemed shareholders and stakeholders that the company’s rescheduled 38th Annual General Meeting will hold virtually via https://www.fidelitybank.ng/agm/ at 10.00 am on Friday, October 9, 2026, to transact the same ordinary business that was stated in the earlier issued notice of 38th Annual General Meeting dated June 11, 2026.

“Except for the change in meeting date, all other information contained in the previously circulated notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting and the related proxy forms, including the proposed resolutions, remain unchanged and valid for the rescheduled meeting.

“The resolutions in the Notice will be presented for shareholders’ approval on October 9, 2026.

“A copy of the Notice and other information relating to the meeting are available on the bank’s website www.fidelitybank.ng.

“The bank regrets any inconvenience and appreciates the understanding and continued support of its shareholders and stakeholders,” the notice stated.
