Guinness Nigeria, BUA Cement, Three Others to Hold AGM This Week

Shareholders of Guinness Nigeria, BUA Cement and three other companies will gather this week for their respective Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

For Guinness Nigeria, it will hold its AGM on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at the Panoramic View Hall, Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos at 11am.

Two days later, precisely on Thursday, October 22, 2020, it would be the turn of shareholders of BUA Cement, Sovereign Trust Insurance and Universal Insurance to gather.

On the part of BUA Cement, its yearly shareholders’ gathering will take place at the Lagos/Osun Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja at 11am.

For Sovereign Trust Insurance, its meeting will commence by 11am at the Bay Lounge Hall, Block 12A, 10 Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, while Universal Insurance will have its gathering at the Elomaz Hotel, Maryland, Lagos by 9am.

The next day, which is Friday, October 23, 2020, it would be the turn of Conoil shareholders to meet at the BWC Hotels, Victoria Island, Lagos by 11am for the AGM.

NASD Sheds 0.4% to Close at N406.3b
