International Energy Insurance, Prestige Assurance List Additional Stocks on NGX

Additional stocks of International Energy Insurance Plc and Prestige Assurance Plc have been listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited.
On the part of International Energy Insurance, it brought 8,075,794,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each to Customs Street.
The new equities were from the company’s public offer of 5,468,750,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N3.20 per share.
The shares were listed on the bourse on Monday, August 24, 2026, according to a circular issued by the Head of Issuer Regulation Department of NGX Regulation Limited, Mr Godstime Iwenekhai.
“With the listing of the additional shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of International Energy Insurance have now increased to 9,359,879,489 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each from 1,284,085,489 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each,” the notice read.
As for Prestige Assurance Plc, it listed 2,369,390,970 ordinary shares arising its private placement of 3,076,923,100 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N1.95 per share.
“With the listing of the additional shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of Prestige Assurance have now increased to 15,621,952,858 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each from 13,252,561,888 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each.
