Here is the compilation of companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) having their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in the month of September 2019.

Forte Oil Plc kicked off the month with its AGM held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the Bespoke Event Centre Lekki-Ajah Expressway, Lagos. The meeting started by 11am.

On Wednesday, September 4, 2019, it would be the turn of Flour Mills of Nigeria, which has fixed its yearly shareholders’ meeting for the Grand Ballroom, Eko Hotel & Suites, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos by 12noon.

The next day, which is Thursday, September 5, 2019, Northern Nigeria Flour Mills will hold its AGM at Tahir Guest Palace Hotel, Kano by 12noon also.

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, it would be the turn of Lasaco Assurance for its AGM slated for City Hall, Catholic Mission Street, Lagos Island, Lagos by 11am, while on Monday, September 16, 2019, Tripple Gee & Company will have its meeting at the Muson Centre, 8/9, Marina Road, Onikan, Lagos by 11am.

On Thursday, September 26, 2019, four companies will have the annual shareholders’ gathering.

Fidson Healthcare will start its own by 10am at Banquet Hall, Sheraton Hotels and Towers, 30 Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos. By 11am, investors of University Press will gather at Kakanfo Conference Centre, 1, Nihinlola Street, Joyce B. Road, Off Ring Road, Ibadan and by 12noon, those of Academy Press will converge on 28/32, Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Lagos, while shareholders of e-Tranzact International will meet at The Colonades, Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi Lagos.
