NASD Extends Momentum With 1.45% Growth

The NASD OTC Market extended its week-on-week momentum, as the NASD USI advanced by 1.45 percent, closing at 674.45 points as against 664.76 points last Friday.

Consequently, total market capitalisation increased by 1.45 percent this week, closing higher at N456.42 billion compared to N449.86 billion last Friday.

The top gainer was Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS), which closed yesterday at N12 against N10.50k in the previous session.

However, the top losers were Acorn Petroleum, which closed at 23k against 25k in the past session; FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria, which traded at N150.10k in contrast to N150.12k; Afriland Properties, which sold at N3 compared with N3.05k in the last trading session; and Cappa and D’Alberto, which traded at N37.12k against N41.34k it went for the last time.
