Oluyemi Olatunji Resigns as Unity Kapital Boss

The Managing Director/CEO of Unity Kapital Assurance Plc, Olatunji Patrick Oluyemi, has resigned from the company.

A statement issued by the firm’s Legal Adviser, Halima Wushishi, disclosed that Mr Oluyemi’s resignation took effect from Thursday, March 23, 2017.

Unity Kapital Assurance Plc stated that Mr Olatunji has developed commendable experience in the insurance industry.

He has held various high level positions in the insurance industry in the course of his career and was a former Managing Director of Royal Exchange Assurance of Nigeria”.

Meanwhile, Unity Kapital Assurance Plc has announced the appointment of Mr Babatunde Oshadiya as its Acting Managing Director/CEO pending the appointment of a substantive MD.

Prior to now, Mr Oshadiya was the Executive Director in charge of Operations at Unity Kapital Assurance Plc.
