Shareholders of RAK Unity Petroleum Company will receive interim dividend of 10 kobo per share for the half year ended June 30, 2019, the board has announced.
The interim dividend of 10 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share would be paid to beneficiaries on August 23, 2019, the board said further.
Only shareholders whose name appear in the register of members as at the close of business on Friday, August 9, 2019, will receive the payment, a disclosure from the energy firm said yesterday.
It was disclosed that the register of shareholders would be closed from Monday, August 12, 2019 to Friday, August 16, 2019.
RAK Unity has urged shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration to download the necessary form from the website of the company’s registrar, First Registrars & Investor Services Limited, complete and submit it to the registrar of their respective banks.
The firm further advised shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificate that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the registrar.
