Sugarmade says it has entered into an exclusive long term distribution agreement with Wagner Bartosch for its unique advertising supported dividers for frozen yogurt and desserts.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sugarmade will assume all marketing, manufacturing and distribution rights for the product, in addition to revenue capture for a period of 10 years.

Sugarmade says it believes it has significant revenue opportunities relative to the product both in terms of direct revenues from sales and for advertising opportunities to the very specialized demographic of the associated marketplace.

Marketing and distribution this unique product is a natural for Sugarmade as we are already selling to thousands of customers within the sector, CEO of the firm, Mr Jimmy Chan, said.

“Not only will the product fit almost directly into our current product line, manufacturing processes and distribution channels, we also see significant opportunities to provide free dividers to our current customs while capturing high margin dollars through advertising support,” he added.

Over the previous 10 years, the self-serve frozen yogurt shop has experienced tremendous growth and popularity.

A major contributor to this success is the choice and control the customer has to build a unique treat.

But choosing too many flavours and toppings can result in an unappetizing combination. The Divider provides simple separation of different portions of the dessert and delivers a targeted marketing message to the consumer via ad placement of the product.

The advertising placement will allow Sugarmade to supply Dividers to yogurt shops for free. This interaction provides the advertiser with access to an extremely high-value audience: pre-teen to early twenties age range, with disposable income.
