Yahyah Resigns as Ashaka Cement Chairman

Mallam Suleiman Yahyah as resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ashaka Cement, the company has announced.

According to a statement issued by the cement firm to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Mallam Yahya resigned from his position on May 2, 2017.

The company, in the statement, expressed its gratitude to Mallam Yahyah for his “leadership of the board and meritorious service” to the firm.

Mallam Yahyah joined the Board of Directors of Ashaka Cement Plc in 2010, and was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in March 2015.
