The Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (KedCo) has said its offices and cash centres will be open throughout the Sallah holidays in order to serve its customers.

The company disclosed this in a statement, explaining that customers within its four franchise states of Kaduna, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara can visit their zonal offices and other centres during the two-day holiday.

It advised customers with complaints or those who want to report faults “to dash” to any of its offices to do so.

“You can also buy your meter tokens and pay your bills while at it.

“Alternatively, you can log on to www.irecharge.ng or www.buypower.ng from your holiday spot anywhere in the world to buy your token.
“Even during the holidays, we are ‘energised’ to serve you better,” the statement read.
Currently, Kaduna Electric has eight area offices and 147 customer service centres across the four states and a customer population of about 490,000.
Kaduna Electric is the 7th largest DisCo in distribution capacity and 6th largest in the number of households among Nigeria’s 11 Distribution Companies (DisCos).
