Kano DSS Director Dies in Hospital

The Director of the Department of State Services (DSS) in Kano State, Mr Abdullahi Chiranchi, has been reported dead.

Mr Chiranchi was said to have kicked the bucket on Saturday after a brief illness.

He was reportedly rushed to the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital after complaining of stomach contractions.

However, efforts by doctors to save the DSS top shot were futile as he later breathed his last.

His demise has reportedly brought sadness to the DSS office in Kano as the deceased was loved by all.

Meanwhile, his corpse has been taken to Katsina State, where he hails from.
