In order to make writing will easier and better, the management of Leadway Capital and Trusts Limited has unveiled a website to make this a reality.

The company’s Head, Private Trusts, Ms Morenike Akinwande-Tomori, while speaking at the launch of the new initiative, stated that the platform makes it simpler to wrote a will against the traditional and more expensive way of going to a lawyer to have a will written.

“It is easier, faster and you can do it at the convenience of your home or office, from your phone or laptops. You don’t have to visit our office, just log on to our website www.leadwaycapital.com.

“We have two packages the Simple Will and Simple Will Plus. They are options provided for subscription depending on the nature of assets an individual possesses and both have complimentary insurance covers. The service is affordable, it is less than N50,000.00 to have a will written in Nigeria now.

“The world is becoming a global image, we are using technology to solve issues and that is why we have come up with this solution. Estate planning and writing a will does not mean you are going to die any time soon, it’s just a way to put structures in place and provide for those you really love,” Ms Akinwande-Tomori said.

On his part, Managing Director of Leadway Capital, Mr Ayo Wuraola, said, “An important point to note in life is that an estate plan is for everybody: single, married, divorced, with or without children, young adults and the elderly.”

He explained that the platform was designed as part of the company’s effort to educate the public on the need for every person to have a will or, a structured estate plan in place.
