The battle for selecting the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State for the governorship election holding in the state in 2016 is taking another twist.
Business Post learnt that on Monday morning, those who work at the secretariat of the APC in Ondo State were shocked with what they were welcomed with.
Our reporter gathered that some fetish materials were spotted at the main gate of the party’s office, located on Oyemekun Road, in Akure, the state capital.
This, Business Post learnt, scared many party workers away from the place.
It was not clear who put the charms at the secretariat’s main gate.
Last week, the Ondo APC postponed its primary to Saturday, September 3, 2016, citing the need to put some things in order for a hitch-free exercise as excuse.
There has been allegation that national leader of the APC, Mr Bola Tinubu, is rooting for a special candidate in the primary, a development other aspirants are not happy with.
