Rivers Assures Residents More Developmental Projects

The Rivers State Deputy Governor, Mrs Ipalibo Gogo Banigo, has assured residents of the Niger Delta state that the administration of Governor Nyesom Wike will embark on more developmental projects in 2021.

The number two citizen of the state made this known while felicitating with the people of the state for the New Year celebration.

In a statement issued from the Government House in Port Harcourt, she further reiterated her boss’ commitment to continue to lead the state into the path of peace, development and prosperity.

According to Mrs Banigo, Governor Wike is poised to continue to deliver unprecedented top-notch infrastructural, economic and socio-political development in all nooks and crannies of Rivers State, adding that the year 2021 would open up more vistas of blessings and prosperity for the people.

The Deputy Governor assured that at times, the governor will continue to protect and defend the interest of the people at all times as this is not negotiable.

But she urged the residents to continue to support the administration and wished the First Family and the people of Rivers State a happy and prosperous New Year.
