Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Friday joined President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Villa Mosque.

It was the last Jumat Service at the Villa before the celebration of the Muslim festival of Eid-el-Kabr slated for next Monday and Tuesday.

Mr Saraki led other members of the Senate to the place of worship of Muslims at the Presidential Villa to offer prayers to God.

Also at the mosque with Mr Buhari and Mr Saraki were the National Security Adviser to the President, Major General Babagana Mongonu; Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed; chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Isyaku Ibrahim and others.

Earlier this week, the Federal Government declared Monday and Tuesday as public holidays to mark the festival.
