This Will Be Your Last Christmas in Pains–UDP Tells Taraba Electorates

By Modupe Gbadeyanka

The leadership of UDP Youth Forum has heartily felicitated with residents of Taraba State on the occasion of this year’s Christmas and Boxing Day festivities.

In a Christmas goodwill message signed by its Director of Communication, Mallam Abubakar Isah, the group noted that the people of the state have suffered untold hardships and deprivations caused by the inept, clueless and vissionless government of the day which it said has nothing to offer them other than lies, poverty, pains and sorrow despite the huge and abundant human and natural resources the state is endowed with.

The statement therefore urged the electorates not to lose hope as the end to their pains and sufferings are in view if Mrs Aisha Jummai Alhassan, fondly called Mama Taraba is given the mandate to lead the state.

While urging the electorates to vote for UDP during governorship and states assembly elections, the group advised them not to be swayed by the lies, empty promises and propaganda of the “outgoing PDP government and the rejected APC in the state.”

The statement also noted that unlike the APC and PDP governorship candidates who have been governors of the state with nothing to show for it, Mama Taraba will use her motherly care, persuasion and tested ability to end their pains and make the state great, a feat she achieved as Senator and Minister representing the state both at the National Assembly and at the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

“We therefore wish everyone in the state a very warmed Christmas and Prosperous New ahead,” the group said in the statement.
